About Damian

I’ve dedicated 20 years to counselling, focusing on restoring mental health. Now, I’m excited to guide individuals in improving their mental fitness, which may involve restoring their mental health first.

I have over 20 years of psychological training behind me, including doctoral studies that transformed my understanding of counselling and mentoring. Add to that 15 years of management experience in large businesses, over 20 years of married life, and nearly 60 years of life, I have a wealth of experience to draw on.

I live in Wells, Somerset, with my wife and young Border Terrier, Margot.

My PhD explored how we should change our view of fun away from always ‘having fun’ to seeing fun through the lens of emotional, intellectual, personal and professional development.
